Coronation Street star Michelle is known for her smoking hot body.
And like the rest of us, the 26-year-old admits she indulged over Christmas.
The actress, who recently got engaged to TOWIE star Mark Wright, has revealed:
'I had three Christmas dinners - one at Mark's, then one at my mum's and one at my dad's!'
'But now it's time to stop devouring the chocolates, fry-ups and those large helpings of pudding.
And the 2012 winner of 'Sexiest Female' title at the British Soap Awards says she is not a big diet fan, preferring her own interpretation of the 5:2 diet- eating healthily during the week and giving herself the weekend off.
'Detoxes are popular at this time of year but I don't think there's a need to be so drastic,’ she says.
'I just watch what I eat and go to the gym.
'I'm having five days of being extra-healthy during the week and then the weekend off.'
And Michelle is keen to get into her pre-Christmas routine of three one-hour gym workouts a week. However in the mean time she has revealed a great DIY video that takes less than 10 minutes and can be done at home.
'I like working my abs,' she says, 'I do a variety of core exercises and use a clip off YouTube called 8 Minute Abs.
'I feel really good about my tum if I've been doing that a lot.'
