Do you ever scroll through Instagram and find yourself envious of yoga bodies, posting pictures of their seemingly impossible poses?
Well you need no longer feel left out thanks to this incredible yoga tutorial.
Model and yoga instructor Michelle Arenal goes over two different yoga positions in the short clip; the tripod headstand and the supported headstand.
You can start small, balancing your knees on your elbows, and if your feeling brave you can extend your legs to challenge your core.
These yoga headstands do a great job of strengthening your core and in particular your stomach and your back.
Study the video carefully and follow Michelle’s technique to insure you avoid any injury or damage- though she makes it look easy it is quite a challenging move!
*NOTE: Make sure you keep your head and neck straight, and DO NOT practice home alone. *
Also make sure you clear enough space to practice so as to avoid damage, accident or injury.
