We found the world’s perfect workout- the movie night workout!

You can do this fitness routine on your living room floor as you watch your favourite movie, or even during an episode of Eastenders or Coronation Street. At 10 minutes long you won’t be spending ALL evening huffing and puffing either.

The short tutorial mixes together some Pilates moves for your abs, exercises to strengthen your core and tricks to tone your bum and thighs. Tone It Up duo Karena and Katrina know EXACTLY how to maximise your night in front of the TV.

This workout is great for rainy days when you simpley can’t be bothered leaving the house to venture to the gym. Grab a pair of trackies and a loose top and stretch out in the comfort of your own home instead.

Just a few goes of this workout and you will notice your body becoming stronger and more toned.

Mix it in with a healthy diet and you’re body transformation will be well under way.
