The Only Way Is Essex star tells Closer why she’s taken up tennis for the summer and why she loves working out
While she’s taking a break from filming The Only Way Is Essex, Jess Wright admits she’s toning up her size 8 body over the summer by working out with a personal trainer four times a week and taking up tennis.
The reality star says: “I’ve been training with a personal trainer. I really feel like they push me more and I work harder. We do a little bit of cardio combined with squats, weights, lunges, arms- pretty much everything to be honest.
‘I try and work out as much as possible but a lot of the time, I’m working. I go at least 4 days a week.’
And Jess adds that she’s taken up tennis with Tennis Tuesdays for an extra toning blitz.
She says: “It’s a great way of inspiring women to take part in tennis more often. Tennis Tuesdays is such a fun and relaxed environment has motivated me to pick up a racket more often and play more tennis, plus it’s social! I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to keep fit this summer.”
