Leigh-Anne Pinnock
23-year-old Leigh-Anne is devoted to her gym regime- and it shows!
“I try to train three to four times a week depending on my schedule,” she explained to Dare.
“I train either early morning before work or when I have the odd days off. It's hard fitting it all in, but it's become part of my lifestyle.”
Be inspired by Leigh-Anne and try and incorporate your workouts within your schedule. Don’t worry about working out every day- pick a couple of times a week which suit you best.
Jesy Nelson
Jesy, 24, was bullied horribly by online trolls who targeted her due to her curvy figure.
In recent years, Jesy has showcase a slimmer frame but has maintained her enviable curves at the same time.
The fighting fit star is a huge fan of gruelling workouts, mixing up cardio and toning exercises.
Perrie Edwards
The former fiancee of Zayn Malik isn’t much of a gym bunny compared to her Little Mix bandmates.
The 22-year-old told Dare: “I don't really exercise. When we get time off, I like to relax.
“During my time off, I love to get pampered. I also love to relax and watch TV. I'm all about the chilling.”
But when she does hit the gym she has some fail-safe moves that she swears by.
Perrie said: “I do love squats, abs and arm exercises.”
So get squatting, ladies!
Jade Thirlwall
Naturally slim Jade is another one who chooses to keep fit for health reasons rather than weight loss.
Jade, 22, says that Little Mix’s dance routines help her stay in shape, along with regular gym sessions during the band’s ‘down time’.
She explained to Hello: “We do a lot of dancing, which really helps. And whenever I'm at home I'll go to the gym where I live. Try and not eat rubbish and drink water all the time. That's my main thing really, staying hydrated.”
