Quick feet

This movie gets your heart rate up and strengthens your legs, particularly your calves.

Keep a straight back and crouch slightly with your knees bent gently. Go from one foot to the other in a rapid movement whilst staying in the same spot.

American football players use this move to help improve their agility.

Resisted high knees

This move also burns calories and raises your heart rate.

Get someone to hold onto you by using an elastic fitness belt or something similar and run forward, raising your knees as high as you can.

Keep count to help focus your movements and burn even MORE calories!

Weighted lunge

This move will help tone your legs, bum and thighs as well as strengthen your core. Like basic lunges but more intense!

Stand straight with your feet together. Take one foot forward and bend your knee until it’s a 90-degree angle, dipping yourself down whilst keeping your back and neck straight. Bring your knee back in and alternate legs.

Hold weights in each hand to make even more challenging.

Side plank

Want abs like Jennifer Aniston? This classic American football training move will give you the flat tum of your dreams!

Lie on your side and prop yourself up with either one hand or your forearm.

Keep your body straight and lift your hips to feel the stretch in the side of your abs. Repeat on each side.

Russian twist

Lie on your back with your knees bent and lift your upper body upwards, keeping your back and neck straight. Your body should be at a 45-degree angle.

Using a weight, twist from side to side, working your abs and obliques.
