What prompted you to transform your body with diet and exercise?
When I used to try to get in shape, I would go for a run and cut out carbs for a week, but I never saw any change in my body.
I carried on running because I suffer from anxiety and panic attacks, and it really helped me keep them at bay, but I never saw aesthetic results.
Three years ago I met my now ex boyfriend, who luckily for me was a personal trainer.
When I told him about my struggle, he laughed and told me that if I wanted body transformation, I needed to lift weights.
I didn't want to as I didn't want to get bulky, but I also didn't want to argue so I let him train me and ate what he told me to, and in a matter of weeks he had changed my body.
I fell in love with it, the discipline, mental, physical and ongoing strength it required, so I got qualified as a PT and nutritionist and started my own business.
