Seven weeks to go and I have no idea how my baby has the room to grow any more. I am in agony when he/she kicks, I literally yelp out loud! And it's a struggle to breathe most days.

I wouldn't consider myself to have a huge bump, in fact it started to grow at rapid speed but in the last month it feels like it's slowed down a lot. I can only assume I'm struggling because it has little space left to grow without popping out... Or so it seems.

This week Kim Kardashian posted a naked pregnancy picture to prove sceptics wrong about surrogacy rumours and she certainly put them in their place. We all know that Kim loves posting selfies and controversial ones at that, isn't it part of her job description? I love that she's brave enough to show off her pregnancy figure when most women would rather go into hiding for nine months.

I think wearing your bump with pride is something us women should do more, we should celebrate our ever growing bump. However, it is easier said than done as feeling sexy doesn't come easy when your walk has turned into a waddle!

Last week I touched on my breastfeeding concerns. I struggled with my son Corey, and after a week I gave up. I was young, had little support and was suffering from postnatal depression so I wanted to make my life easier and going to formula was what I thought was best at the time. What I didn't realise back then and with more research that has taken place, breast-feeding will have helped my post-natal depression.

It has been found that women who breastfed their babies were at significantly lower risk of post-natal depression than those who did not. The benefit increased for each week of breast-feeding up to one month.

The relationship between breast-feeding and depression was most pronounced when babies were 8 weeks old, but much smaller when babies were 8 months or older. However, any longer term impact on post-natal depression could not be determined due to the small number of women in the study who were still breast-feeding several months after the birth.

We had a little family trip out to London on Monday and had a lovely time. We went to the premiere of 'Absolutely Anything'. I love a good British film; Corey couldn't stop laughing throughout and I have to admit I did find it very funny too. There's nothing better than us all spending time together and it really excites me that in a matter of weeks we will have a new addition joining us on our family adventures.

Soon there will be an extra member of Suzanne's family!

And speaking of family adventures, this weekend we are heading down to Kent to stay at Port Lympne and have an authentic African Safari experience. We are so excited and we're even staying in a treehouse. I can't wait to tell you all about it next week and show you the pics.
