Charlotte Crosby famously managed to lose two and a half stone after bikini snaps gave her a wake-up call about her weight.

So it was unsurprising that her workout DVD - the Three Minute Belly Blitz - quickly became the fastest selling DVD of 2014.

But, as fans of the Geordie Shore star will already know, Charlotte is a big fan of her curves.

Which is why her brand new workout DVD - the 3 Minute Bum Blitz - promises to use ‘butt-boosting’ exercises to transform flat bottoms into seriously bootylicious derrières.

In this week’s Closer magazine (available at all good newsagents now), Charlotte has opened up about the specific bottom-toning exercises she used to shape her behind, as well as her daily diet.

The fun-loving party girl also hinted that fans who follow her 3 Minute Bum Blitz DVD could soon find themselves with a bottom to rival Kim Kardashian’s!

Charlotte’s 3 Minute Bum Blitz is available from Amazon.co.uk for £11.70

But how do we go about blasting body fat before building our booty?

Well, speaking with Closer in 2014, Charlotte shared some of her top weight loss tips - and they were perfect for anyone looking to avoid falling off the workout wagon and stick to your diet.

Our top 5 favourite tips were:

  1. **If you fall off the workout wagon, just get back on it!

**

Don’t let all the hard work you’ve already done go to waste, just because of a few dodgy days. You can always make up for lost time.

  1. **Don’t eat in front of the telly.

**

I was the worst at this, especially when Geordie Shore was on. If you’re watching TV you’re not watching what you eat so you’ll scoff more than you need to. Sit down at a table and eat properly.

  1. **Eat slowly.

**

I used to wolf down my food in five minutes then look for pudding because I was still hungry. Take your time over your tea - it should take 20 minutes to eat a meal. I guarantee you won’t be hungry if you eat more slowly, because it gives your tummy time to tell your brain that you’re full.

  1. Ignorance isn’t bliss - swot up on the calories in your favourite foods and drinks.

If it’s a cocktail, consider whether you really want to have another glass and how much work it will take to burn off the calories. It makes you think about food and booze in a new light.

  1. Keep moving the goal posts.

When I started my 3 Minute Belly Blitz DVD I couldn’t even do one of the three-minute segments without being completely out of breath. But once I could do three minutes, I upped it to six, then nine. Once it gets easy, it’s time to raise your game!
