Forget about the contestants – Caroline Flack is our #bodygoals
But it's not without hard work, as her gym in Mallorca – where she's currently staying while she hosts series five of Love Island – has revealed the gruelling training regime she maintains to keep in shape.
"When our ridiculously gorgeous Miss Flack isn’t presenting the most view tv show in the Uk and dealing huge pressure and controversy she’s gotta stay strong people!!" they wrote alongside a series of vids of her working out.
"So she’s bringing all the love and training her arse off @thebodycampmallorca like a LEGEND! Healthy mind body and soul. Loads of love for this one @carolineflack #loveisland
And the TV star revealed the simple diet trick that helped transform her body and created her enviable Love Island figure, telling the Express.co.uk that in 2016 she saw her body change by simply cutting out sugar.
The 39-year old star also tried to reduce how much alcohol she drank during her health kick. She told the publication, "I went really hard with my detox. I probably went a little overboard because I was really strict in those 12-weeks."
She revealed, "Cutting sugar made the most difference to my body. It’s the devil. It’s addictive and it’s in so many things you would’t even think of. Sugar is put in sauces, breads and yoghurts. It’s not always obvious but so many things are packed in sugar."
