Cellulite

Rule number 1: Get moving

Cellulite forms in areas with the least circulation so it means that you need to move your body to flush it out. Running, swimming and brisk walking are the best form of exercise for increasing blood circulation and loosening the fat tissues from those hard to budge areas.

Rule number 2: Supercharge your potions

According to Jill, products are best absorbed after exercise - so the best time to rub in cellulite cream is when your blood is still pumping.

Rule number 3: Scrub and massage

Body brushing, massage and scrubs are great because they support the circulation and can really make a difference to cellulite appearance. Use a body brush daily, stroking in the direction of your heart or massage your thighs to help disperse fat.

Rule number 4: Take breaks during the day

Anyone with a sedentary job knows that sitting on your bum all day means cellulite can accumulate. To counteract this - take breaks, make tea or walk and talk to a colleague rather than send an email.

Rule number 5: It's in the genes

Cellulite can be hereditary, so if your mum suffers then chances are you will too. It's also worth remembering that 95% of women have cellulite somewhere on the body - so it effects the vast majority of us.
