Recipe: Vegan Vegetable & Tofu Stir-Fry
Ingredients:
• 8 shiitake mushrooms, cut into quarters
• 1 packet of tofu, cut into cubes
• 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
• 1 medium onion, sliced
• 8 baby corn, chopped
• 1 green pepper, sliced
• 3 tbsp vegetarian oyster sauce
• 1 tbsp sesame oil
• 1 tsp light soy sauce
• 1 tsp dark soy sauce
• 1 tsp caster sugar
• 3 tbsp water
• 2 pinches of salt
• 1 tbsp sunflower oil
