Rozz Darlington rose to fame on Married At First Sight UK last year and although her marriage with Thomas Kriaras didn't work out, the pair are the best of friends.

Despite appearing on one of the biggest reality shows on TV, Rozz still works as a florist and runs her own company, Rosalines Flowers.

She's given Closer exclusive access to her fridge, revealing how much she spends on her weekly shop and the 'slimy' food she refuses to eat.

How much do you spend?

Around £50 a week on food and I love to shop at Aldi. I really rate the produce – I cooked a beef brisket from there and it was so tender!

Describe your daily diet…

I’m not ravenous in the morning so I’ll usually just have a banana for breakfast with a cup of tea or coffee, depending on my mood. I like to take leftovers from the night before or make a sandwich for my lunch at work, but sometimes I get so busy, I forget to eat! Spaghetti Bolognese features frequently on my plate at dinner, but when I’m trying to be healthy, I love chicken, rice and vegetables.

Is there anything you refuse to eat?

Oysters – I don’t think I could stand the slippery, slimy texture of them.

The strangest thing you’ve eaten?

Grilled octopus. I wasn’t a fan, I thought it was way too rubbery.

What would you cook to impress?

I’d try to keep my menu as simple as possible. For a starter, I’d do fishcakes with a side salad. For main, I’d cook a roast chicken dinner with all the trimmings and gallons of gravy. Pudding would have to be a melt-in-the-middle chocolate fondant. I’d probably overcook it though and it would end up being a chocolate cake!

Comfort food?

Something creamy like a chicken and mozzarella pasta bake.
