Recipe: strawberry and rhubarb ice pops
These strawberry and rhubarb ice lollies are easy to make, perfect for summer and best of all, guilt free at only 51 calories per ice pop.
- Whizz together 150g of the quartered strawberries and the icing sugar using a hand blender.
- Add the remaining strawberries to the strawberry purée and mix together.
- Pour the strawberry mixture into 6 ice lolly moulds and top up with Alpro Rhubarb with Strawberry.
- Leave for at least 3 hours until lollies are frozen.
