RECIPE: Scrambled eggs with fresh chilli & feta cheese with smoked salmon

Add Lucy Bee Coconut Oil to a pan. Add all the mixed veg and fry for 2 minutes until soft. Whisk 4 eggs and throw them in the pan. Turn of heat and stir gently. Add the feta cheese and coriander. Serve with fresh rocket and smoked salmon.
