RECIPE: Protein cheese cake

This cheesecake is delicious and great for a high protein treat.

Use an immersion blender (stick blender) and a big glass pitcher for blending...BLENDING IS KEY to the success of this cheese cake

Just add one thing at a time and blend well...you don't want cottage cheese chunks.

Pour it into separate servings, but it also works in a small cake pan or pie plate. Put in the fridge to set.

Take this basic recipe and run with it...try different flavours. try stretching it with another cup of cream cheese.

For the peanut butter one use 6 Tbsp. creamy p-nut butter and a plain gelatin packet and add Splenda to sweetenit up.
