Ah, McDonald’s.

Whether you’re loving it or hating it, there’s no denying that they make seriously good french fries. Like, seriously.

Which is probably why so many people try SO VERY HARD to recreate the magic in their own kitchens… usually with utterly dismal results.

Cue this amazing video, which vows to teach us e-v-e-r-y-t-h-i-n-g we need to know about whipping up our own bunch of hot and salties from the comfort of own own kitchen.

Look this way:

The video description reads: “While everyone might have their own thoughts on the rest of the menu, one thing we can all agree on is that McDonald's french fries reign supreme when it comes to eating some perfectly crispy and flavourful potatoes.

“But what makes them so good?

“Well, thanks to MythBuster's Grant Imahara we learned a little bit about the process and then took those tools to engineer the best french fry we could make at home.”

Huzzah!
