Can Joe Wicks do no wrong?
The Body Coach, king of 15-minute-recipes (sorry, Jamie Oliver) and smoldering good looks has enjoyed astronomical success in the wake of his Lean in 15 recipe books, making shmancy pants dinners accessible for all busy working mums.
A stand out dish from 2015's the Shift Plan, Joe's Massam chicken curry in a hurry has been a major hit with his legions of loyal fans (it helps that the video is pretty hilarious too).
You don’t need to be a good chef. You don’t need lots of ingredients and you don’t need lots of time. Check it out below, and plenty more like it on Joe's Instagram, @thebodycoach, along with 15 minute work outs to squeeze in at any time of day.
And if that was all a bit too quick for you (fifteen seconds, in fact) then we've got the bare bones of the recipe below for you to work through in your own time.
