**Summer is finally here! **
Well at least it's meant to be, so why not indulge in this yummy banana and salted caramel sundae to cool yourself down when the sun does eventually come out.
Ingredients:

Chocolate Gelato – 1 Scoop

Vanilla Gelato – 1 Scoop

Salted Caramel Sauce – 1 scoop

Pecans
-
Cream Mascarpone – 1 tbsp

Banana – half sliced
Method:

Add 2 scoops of vanilla and 1 scoop of chocolate ice cream to a martini glass

Cut half a banana into 1 cm slices and add to the ice creams

Add 1 tablespoon of cream and mascarpone mix in the centre of the dish

Add pecans

Drizzle a tablespoon of salted caramel sauce over the top

Viola! You have your very own vanilla and chocolate sundae to enjoy!
