Recipe: homemade Swiss-style muesli with almond unsweetened drink

A delicious soya based homemade muesli dish, perfect for breakfast or as a daytime snack.

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 180ºC/350ºF/Gas Mark 4
  1. Mix the oats, nuts, seeds, honey and oil together in a large bowl
  1. Spread this oat mixture out onto a large flat baking tray, lined with parchment paper and bake for about 30 mins or until golden brown
  1. Mix the toasted oat mixture with the dried fruit and store in an airtight container until you want to use
  1. To serve, pour over Provamel Almond Unsweetened and fresh berries if you like.
