RECIPE: Ham and broccoli crustless quiche

This quiche will satisfy the whole family- just add potatoes to the plates of those who want to add some carbohydrates to their dish.

Combine the eggs and milk and scramble.

Add in the cheese, ham, and broccoli. With the broccoli, I normally buy a steamer pack of broccoli florets and microwave.

Once cooked, I cut off the very tops of the broccoli and include that in my quiche mixture.

Add in a dash of salt/pepper.

Pour in to a greased pie plate and bake at 400˚ for 20-25 minutes, or until the eggs are set in the middle.
