RECIPE: Frankenstein Monster Pops for Halloween

It's time to celebrate Halloween so why not try and make these deliciously ghoulish cake pops!

Ingredients you will need:

• 20 Marshmallows

• 340g Green candy melts

• Green candy melts (green chocolate buttons)

• 100g Dark chocolate chips

• Writing icing

Method:

• Step 1- Insert a cake pop into the base of each marshmallow

• Step 2- Gently melt the coloured buttons until smooth

• Step 3- Dip the marshmallows into the chocolate until fully coated

• Step 4- Slowly twirl the marshmallow to stop the chocolate from running then leave to dry.

• Step 5- Once fully dried, melt the chocolate chips until runny and then dip the top of each marshmallow to create the hair

• Step 6- Leave to dry and then decorate the facial features using writing icing.
