We're absolutely bananas about ice cream (ha!) so when we learned we could whisk up our own version with just two - count 'em, TWO - ingredients, we were basically over the moon.
Even better? This one is delicious AND counts as one of your all-important five-a-day - which makes it a big fat winner in our eyes.

Ingredients
-
4 ripe Bananas
-
1 Tbsp Peanut Butter
What did we tell you? ONLY TWO INGREDIENTS!
*
*Directions
-
Peel your bananas and slice them into small discs. Easy-peasy so far, right?
-
Place your banana discs onto a big plate or baking sheet (do NOT layer them, else you'll make life very tricky for yourself later!)
-
Pop them in the freezer.
-
Relax for, ooh, say about two hours? You need those 'nanas to freeze!
-
Once that's all done, head back to the freezer, take your frozen banana pieces over to the blender and… well, and blend them.
TOP TIP: You want your banana mixture to be smooth and creamy - try adding 1 or 2 tbsp of milk if you're having problems.
-
Next up, get yourself 1 tbsp of peanut butter and pop it in there. Blend again.
-
Guess what? You're basically done now. You can either serve immediately if you like your ice cream soft, or pop in a deep container and freeze for another few hours.
