RECIPE: Chicken and veg stir-fry

A low-carb favourite that's quick, easy and bursting with flavour.

Chop garlic and ginger

Cook in sunflower oil for 5 mins

Cut chicken into strips and add to pan

Chop spring onion and add to pan

Slice peppers and add to pan

Add green beans, soy sauce sesame seeds

Fry on high for 15 - 20 mins
