  1. Blend together the Tikka Masala paste, Alpro Simply Plain, lime juice and chopped coriander. Pour the mixture over the chicken and leave to marinate for about an hour.
  1. Thread the chicken onto skewers and grill until cooked through.
  1. To make the Pilaf rice, add the rice, tumeric, cinnamon and a litre of water. Cover and boil for 10 minutes over a low heat, until rice is cooked through and water has disappeared.
  1. To make the Riata, mix together the cucumber, mint, lemon juice, Alpro Simply Plain, Alpro Soya Single cream, salt and pepper into a smooth paste.
  1. Serve skewers with the rice and add lashings of Riata sauce.
