RECIPE: Chicken, strawberry and goat cheese salad

This tasty salad is an easy way to replace precious nutrients after a heavy gym session.

Grill chicken until it's cooked, wrap in tinfoild to keep all the jucies and nutrients in.

Chop strawberries and spinach and make a bed out of them for the chicken.

Chop up goats cheese and add to the mixture.

Add the chicken and serve.
