RECIPE: Chicken salad

This salad is full of flavour, free from refined sugar and will fill you up until dinner.

Cook brown rice in boiling water for approximately half an hour

Grill skinless chicken breast

Mix with red onion, chilli flakes and celery

Drizzle with a dressing made from lemon juice, garlic, and black pepper

TIP: Dressings can be full of sugar so make your own
