Blend all ingredients except chia seeds in a blender until smooth.

Add chia seeds and blend lightly.

Pour into a large bowl and refrigerate overnight.

Serve topped with blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, almonds, cashews, sunflower seeds, and raw honey as desired.
