RECIPE: Broccoli and stilton soup

This healthy soup tastes decadent but is still low carb and low fat - the best of both worlds!

Finely chop the onion

Fry the onion in the oil until soft

Add the broccoli and stock and simmer for 12 - 15 mins

Add the Stilton

Season, blend and serve

Top with the Greek yoghurt
