RECIPE: Breakfast bean burrito

This is a great breakfast recipe of your 5:2 fast day falls on a weekend- or if you have a particularly long day ahead!

Add all ingredients, except the egg and the wrap, to a hot pan with a tablespoon of water.

Cook for around 5 minutes, until the vegetables have sweated down.

Add the egg and keep stirring so the egg scrambles.

Place the egg and bean mixture onto the wrap, fold in one end and roll into a burrito.

Serve any extra filling on side.
