RECIPE: Banana protein muffins

Make a batch of these delicious banana muffins, and you'll be set for low-fat breakfasts the entire week long.

Mix ingredients into a blender

Pour into muffin sheet and cut slices of bananas to each muffin.

Sprinkle with cinnamon, bake at 400 for 15 min.

Leave to cool before serving.
