The festive vegan meal is super simple to make!

Ingredients

3 large carrots, unpeeled, chopped into small pieces

150g ground sunflower seeds

150g ground pumpkin seeds

2 cloves garlic, crushed

1 heaped tbsp fresh rosemary

1 heaped tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped (or 1 heaped tsp dried)

1tsp sea salt
