Whether you religiously watch every episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians and only bother with Snapchat to see what Kylie Jenner is up to or only know that Kim Kardashian has a lot of beautiful sisters - it is undisputed that the woman has some killer curves.
We mean...
Simply amazing!
We wish we looked this good on date night...
Oh come on!
But just how does she look so good? Aside of course, from being so god damn rich that she could have oodles of nutritionists, cooks, personal trainers, plastic surgeons and kale at her every whim - the Kardashian really does eat healthily too.
Kim Kardashian's diet explained
Kim's nutritionist Colette Heimowitz (who is also a big boss at Atkins) revealed to EliteDaily exactly how Kim lost the baby weight and stays trim. CLUE: Protein and less sugar.
She told the publication, 'The body is only built to circulate about the equivalent of 1-2 teaspoons at a time… but if you’re constantly drinking sugar and eating carbs that turn to sugar in your body, you’re wearing down your sugar metabolism over time… and a lot of that excess sugar converts to fat, and that’s how you gain all your weight.'
She adds, 'Our blood is made of protein and if you were to mix protein with sugar, you’d get caramel.'
CARAMEL DOESN'T SOUND IDEAL (unless it's on a stack of waffles, then it sounds perfect).
Heimowitz says that Kim makes sure she gets enough protein in her diet to keep her satisfied and not hungry. If you are going to eat carbs, she recommends picking the highest fibre variety and including healthy fats.
So how do we lose weight quickly if we haven't spent a lot of time at the gym (read: none at all)?
'The best thing is to count carbohydrates… Figure out what you’re doing now… count the carbs you normally eat in a day, and cut them in half.'
No carbs before Marbs apparently.
