When St Paddy’s day comes around, everybody’s a little bit Irish, because our Step Father’s Great Grandmother was born on the green island, don’t you know?

And when it comes to celebrating the annual event, it simply cannot be done without Guinness - the Irish dry stout that’s an acquired taste the other 364 days of the year.

But according to Pinterest, guzzling down a pint in the pub isn’t the only thing Brits are planning to pay ode to our neighbours this year, as the number of pins for recipes made with the alcoholic tipple have soared by 25% in the run up to the big day.

So if you’re a fan of the black stuff and fancy eating as well as drinking your toast to the Irish, they why not try one of these top pinned recipes?
