  • 20ml ginger syrup

  • 50 ml vodka

  • 10ml Lillet Vermouth (or a similar fruit liqueur)

  • 3 mint leaves

  • 25ml cloudy apple juice

Shake the ginger syrup, vodka, vermouth, with ice, strain into a martini glass add apple juice and garnish with mint
