As the cold weather creeps in, there’s nothing quite like settling down to a warm curry or a hearty dessert. We’ve teamed up with ITV Lorraine’s resident chef, Dean Edwards, to show you how to put some goodness in your food with five tasty meals, all under 500 calories!

TV chef Dean says: “I love cooking, but like many parents, when I get home I just want something simple that’s going to get me feeling good from the inside out! These five recipes I have chosen to share tick all the right boxes.
