How much do you spend per week?

At least £200. I live at home with my family, and my mum does all the shopping and cooking for three of us – me and my brother – and we eat at home every night. There’s always loads of fruit and vegetables.

Describe your daily diet...

For breakfast I always have cereal and I eat lunch out, either a baguette or a sandwich, but nothing too heavy. I do snack during the day on chocolate or crisps. Then we all eat dinner together and Mum will cook a curry, spaghetti Bolognese or a casserole. She’s a really good cook.

Is there anything you refuse to eat?

I’m not a fussy eater, but I don’t like mushrooms, onions or sprouts.

What's the strangest thing you've eaten?

Snails. I tried them in a restaurant once but I didn’t like the texture.

What would you cook to impress?

I’m a very limited cook and I’m 24 now so I really want to learn. The only meal I can make is spaghetti Bolognese, or anything pasta related, and that is literally it. So when I have friends round we usually order a takeaway.

Favourite tipple?

On a night out I usually drink vodka and lemonade or a glass of rosé.

Comfort food?

Ben & Jerry’s ice cream or a bar of Galaxy chocolate.

Verdict

Nutritionist Juliette Kellow says, “It’s great to see plenty of fruit and veg in the fridge. Dani gets top marks for eating regularly, but her snacks could be healthier – good choices include wholegrain toast with peanut butter, oat cakes, veg sticks with houmous or tzatziki or fruit.

"Learning to cook would also be a great skill for Dani to have and give her more control over the nutrition in her meals.”
