Watermelon Martini
Big Chunk of Watermelon
50ml Vodka
20ml Gomme
Shake Hard
Dispense into a Martini Glass
Garnish with watermelon slice
Some Like It Hot
3 slices hot chilli
50ml Mount Gay Eclipse Rum
35ml passion fruit puree
15ml sugar
One drop grenadine
Shake hard
Dispense into a Martini glass
Garnish with slice of chilli dipped in sugar
Lasting Passion
50ml Vodka
50ml passion fruit
15ml vanilla sugar
Shake hard and pour into a catalina glass over crushed ice
Dash of Chambord on top
Add a dome of crushed ice
Garnish with rasberries, passion fruit and sprig of mint (optional)
