If working from home has taught you anything, it's probably that you have a lot more time on your hands. I'm the same, especially as the commute now takes 26 seconds to get from my bed to the makeshift office, I've created on my kitchen table. Oh yes, I timed it.
In total, I'm getting back approximately two hours of commute time a day. That's incredible, right? And, I'm sure a lot of you are the same. So, I've decided to put this time to good use and improve my cooking skills. Not just any cooking skills either, I want to learn how to make pasta.

How to make pasta at home
Want to put your cooking skills to the test? There are lots of different pastas that you can try making at home. Every type of pasta has a unique way of being made so it'll be worth researching each one in a bit more detail.
Simple pasta recipe to follow to create pasta dough

Ingredients:
140.5oz plain flour
Two x eggs
One whole and one yolk
Instructions:
Step one: Put flour, a whole egg and egg yolk into a blender, then mix until it resembles fine breadcrumbs.
Step two: Take out the dough and knead it into a ball shape. After one minute, wrap in cling film and leave to rest for 30 minutes.
Step three: Cut the dough into two pieces. With each piece, flatter with a rolling pin and then fold it over the dough and pass it through the pasta machine at its widest setting. Make sure to refold and roll seven times until you have a rectangular shape.
Step four: You’re now ready to roll! At the widest settings, pass the doll through the rollers – don't fold, but keep repeating this.
