And if you planned on quitting booze but slipped up during self-isolation fear not becauseSusanna Reid who gave up alcohol in 2018 fell off the wagon a few times too.
"Itâs a bit like the end of a relationship when youâre not quite ready to say itâs really over. There are times you fall back into it," she told the Sunday Times.
"Each time, I regretted the alcohol. It either made me grouchy or took me days to recover."
Susanna decided to quit alcohol after her doctor advised her to, "I was so concerned because my skin was flushed, I kept getting flare-ups and blemishes and they were leaving red scars.
"I tried all manner of creams and washes, but I knew deep down that what was happening to my skin was probably a manifestation of what I was putting into my body."
