Geneva met Zayn in 2010 when they were both competing on The X Factor, him as part of One Direction and her in girl group Belle Amie.
They had a brief relationship – before he allegedly dumped Geneva for Rebecca Ferguson.
Following reports than Zayn had called off his three-year engagement to Little Mix singer Perrie, Geneva voiced her opinion on Twitter.
She wrote: "Lol… Saw that coming. Dunno how she didn't realise sooner what a massive c*** he is.
"[Perrie] deserves so much better than to be treated how she has for so long. So many lies and so much deceit. So wrong. She will come out strong."
Geneva later apologised for her strong language, adding: "I forgot what the wrath of 1D fans was like! It's only an opinion guys! But thanks for making my feed so active… [sic]."
"I'd like to apologise for my previous tweet. The language was inappropriate and under the circumstances my comment was insensitive."
It's been alleged that Zayn ended his and Perrie's long-term relationship with a single text – and it appears he's got no regrets.
The former boy band member took to Twitter last night to share a cryptic message, writing: "You just can't do enough for some people, I guess [sic]." He then teased new music, before sharing a moody-looking selfie.
Meanwhile, Perrie is being supported by her band mates as they promote their latest single Black Magic in the US.
Last night she shared a snap of her looking sensational in a white lace gown – and her engagement ring was nowhere to be seen.
She wrote: "All glommed and ready to boogie!"
