The 25-year-old lost out to Che Chesterman in Sunday night’s sing-off, after judge Simon Cowell sent it to deadlock.
And, while other former contestants of the ITV show have gone on to more television work, north London native Lauren has claimed it’s all about the music for her.
Speaking to the Daily Star, she said: “I will never do a TV show ever again – ever. I would never do Big Brother, that’s hell, and I’m a Celeb is even worse.
“I came here for record contract to make an album. I have never done this to get famous.”
Lauren also hit out at judge Cheryl Fernandez-Versini, who confessed she was unsure if Lauren was emotionally ready for the industry.
“I’ve come this far,” Lauren defiantly told the Mirror. “It’s been two months of filming and that’s never happened. I was in the bottom two last week. I had a bad week, I was sick, I was up against Che, I’d just had enough to be honest with you.
“Everyone’s entitled to their own opinion. But as you can see, the proof’s been on the TV, that’s never happened before.”
Lauren recently came under fire after it was claimed she had a music career before the show, something which she has since denied.
Che will join Louisa Johnson and group Reggie ’N’ Bollie in the final this week, which will take place at London’s Wembley arena.
