According to US site ABC News, Kitty, like so many others, is a mega-fan of Jennifer Lawrence. But, while the rest of us are happy to content ourselves with watching Jen in The Hunger Games, kitty decided to take things one step further.
The 30-year-old mother of one went on a four week plastic surgery journey, undergoing six different procedures and spending $25,000 to look more like the Oscar-winning actress.
Speaking about her decision to the news site, she explained: "I'm not trying to look like Pamela Anderson here during her 'Baywatch' days.
"I'm trying to look like a very capable, very personal level-headed female who is an Academy Award winner.
"The more I've looked at her, the more I've realised that her features are sort of my features but more refined," she added.
Her motivation to get surgery was also fuelled by becoming a first-time mother - and she took money from her daughter's university fund to cover the expenses as a result:
"The reason why I decided to get surgery is because post having my daughter, I wasn't quite as comfortable with my body. I don't think you have to be crazy to want to look better or feel better about yourself. That's not crazy.
"Basically the money that I had for this was money that I had saved from previous job ... so it was sort of a 'me fund,'.
"My child's only five and I'm still just barely 30 so I think I still feel like maybe it's naiveté but I still have some time to rack up some money to help her when the time comes."
Kitty underwent liposuction to her face and body, a breast augmentation, rhinoplasty and fat grafts to her cheeks and buttocks. The entire procedure took six hours - and her recovery too several weeks.
After the surgery, Kitty got dressed up for her big reveal - and she was overjoyed with the results: “Of course I look like Jennifer Lawrence.
"I thought I had a resemblance to Jennifer Lawrence before my surgery and now I think after, my features are more refined to where they resemble her more.”
Ironically, we don't think Jennifer Lawrence will be all too happy to hear about Kitty's attempts to become more like her.
The actress has become an advocate for positive body image, calling upon her fans to feel more happy in themselves and stop judging their bodies by Hollywood standards:
"The world has this idea that if you don't look like an airbrushed perfect model. You have to see past it. You look how you look, you have to be comfortable.
"What are you going to do? Be hungry every single day to make other people happy? That's just dumb."
Wise words, Jen. Very wise words.
