Following a report claiming that he is divorcing wife Jada, Hollywood actor Will Smith took to his Facebook page to post a furious response to the claims.

The 46-year-old wrote on the social media site: “Under normal circumstances, I don’t usually respond to foolishness. (Because it’s contagious) But, so many people have extended me their ‘deepest condolences’ that I figured – ‘What the hell… I can be foolish, too!’”

"So, in the interest of redundant, repetitious, over & over-again-ness… Jada and I are… NOT GETTING A DIVORCE!!!!!!!!!!!!! : -)."

“I promise you all – if I ever decide to divorce my Queen – I SWEAR I’ll tell you myself! #‎Dumb‬ People Should Have to Wear Scarlet D’s."

His wife Jada later tweeted: "My King has spoken."

The actor and musician felt compelled to respond after reports claimed he and Jada had agreed on a settlement to ‘protect their $240 million fortune’.

A ‘source’ allegedly told Radar Online: “For Will and Jada, holding it together these past few years has been tough because their marriage has been on life support for a long time.”

The couple- who are parents to teens Willow, 14, and Jayden Smith, 17,- married in 1997.

Will and Jada met when the actress auditioned for the part of Will’s girlfriend in hit TV series The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air.
