The couple will reportedly be leaving the city for the country

A close source to Prince Harry and Meghan Markle has revealed their alleged plans to switch up city life for the countryside after marrying.

The source said: "The understanding is that Harry’s seriously thinking of taking on Beaconsfield Farm. It’s a right old mess at the moment though - it’s full of mud. It’s a couple of barns I think. He’ll have to do it up".

They continued; "All I know is Harry is buying in the area. I wouldn’t want to say anything more than that".

Beaconsfield Farm, a location that's rumoured to be in need of a little spruce up, is a Roman villa set in the Cotswolds.

The house is located just a few miles away from Chipping Norton, the place where David and Victoria Beckham are currently renovating their £5 million home.

Soho Farmhouse, another location precious to the couple as they spent many secret dates there at the beginning of their relationship, is also nearby.

The couple are still currently living in their royal residence, Nottingham Cottage.

Kensington Palace haven't reported on the couple's plans on moving.

We wonder if the couple will end up making the big move?
