Benefits Street star White Dee is set to release her own fitness DVD, except this one is going to be slightly different from the likes of Charlotte Crosby and Davina McCall’s efforts.
The difference? White Dee- real name Deirdre Kelly- filmed most of the work outs in a car park in Birmingham!
Speaking on ITV’s Loose Women, the 42-year-old revealed that she was approached after being criticised for being over weight.
Dee said: “At the end of last year someone approached. I got a lot of stick for my weight and being lazy, and they said 'what about a fitness DVD?
"It just goes to show that you don't have to go to the gym. You can work out with your friends, in the car park."
She continued that she wasn’t planning on losing much more weight, adding: “I don't think I've got [weight] a goal. I know in my head I won't be a size 6. It's more of the keep fit part than the losing weight part.
"Believe it or not I've never been an over-eater, I've just never been fit. it's about getting out and about a bit more.
"It has allowed me to better myself for my children. At the end of the day they are my responsibility and no one else’s.
"I'm still the same me, but just with more motivation.”
White Dee shot to fame in 2013 after appearing in Channel 4’s Benefit’s Street.
She then appeared in 2014’s Celebrity Big Brother alongside TOWIE star Lauren Goodger.
