Former Westlifers Kian Egan and Brian McFadden have fallen out over Brian McFadden's new 'side project', Boyzlife. The new 'supergroup' will see Brian teaming with a former Boyzone member Keith Duffy - which has left Kian a bit annoyed.

In a recent interview with 98FM, Kian said that he found the ordeal "aggravating", as both bands had previously had plans to unite for a tour in the future - something which will have now been completely blown out of the water due to McFadden's and Duffy's union.

Kian said "It was really unfair on the fans that everybody thought that this was what's happening, you now that Westlife and Boyzone were getting together to do a tour. From the perspective of someone who spent 15 years in Westlife it was really aggravating".

He added "It's a bit of an odd one - a member of westlife who left the band after four years decides to use half the name for whatever it is that they're doing" - but Brian was quick to respond on his appearance on the Late Late Show when he said "I was actually in Westlife for more than four years but maths was never Kian's thing in fairness".

Brian also explained that the union may not be what fans are expecting at all - that it would not be similar to the McBusted reunion. He said "A lot of people probably did get confused because a lot of people probably thought we were doing a McBusted".

Duffy also mentioned that "At the end of the day myself and Brian are after teaming up to do a show and talk about 20 years in the business. All the performances we do will be in a Hilton Hotel all across the UK and Ireland... A saucer of milk for Kian please"... Awwwwkward.
