It’s official; Coleen and Wayne Rooney are now parents to THREE little bundles of joy.
The stunning 29-year-old and her footballer husband welcomed their baby ****boy on Sunday, and the proud parents were quick to announce the news on Twitter.
They wrote: "Our gorgeous little Boy arrived today!! Kit Joseph Rooney .... 8Ib 1oz. We are all over the moon!! [sic]."
We LOVE the name the couple picked out for their little one. According to SheKnows.com, Kit means ‘carrier of Christ’ – perfect for their new bubba!
Kit Joseph doesn’t just have two loving parents, either; they also have two big brothers in the form of Coleen and Wayne’s sons, Kai, five, and Klay, two.
The little boys were said to be very “happy and excited” about the pregnancy, so we bet they’re over the moon that their baby brother has finally arrived.
On keeping the baby's gender a secret, Coleen previously told OK! Magazine: "I found out with Klay and, while giving birth was obviously exciting, knowing I was having a boy did take away from it a little bit.
"My mum always says you shouldn't find out, so this time we're definitely not."
However Coleen added that, while she’d be more than happy to have another boy, a baby girl would “complete the family”.
She confessed: “I’d love a girl because it would complete the family, but having had two amazing little boys, I know how much I love boys so I don’t really mind.”
Coleen hinted she was having a girl back in December, when she shared a series of Christmas-themed snaps.
December means one thing....the elves are back at the Rooney house to make sure Kai and Klay are being good!! They appear every morning in a different place!! □□□ > >
