The video, taken on 1st October, sees Kim Kardashian, 33, leaving her Paris hotel without daughter North West in tow.

As the paparazzi cameras flash brightly around her, the mum-of-one walks towards her private car with her head down and allows a security guard to remove her jacket for her.

But, just before climbing into the car and being whisked away to the airport for her flight home to Los Angeles, Kim suddenly stops and turns on her heel, heading swiftly back to the hotel.

When the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star returns, she has baby North in her arms.

As many of you will have recognised, that pink outfit is the very same one Kim was wearing when she touched down in L.A., meaning that - if she HAD forgotten her little girl - she might have had to fly all the way back to Paris to get her.

We doubt Kanye West would have been too impressed!

But, as many have suggested, Kim could have just left her little girl with the hotel concierge while she dashed out to the car to make sure everything and everyone in the entourage was ready to go. After all, there would be no point getting little Nori all belted and buckled if there was going to be a delay.

And there is also the fact that Kim was recently attacked in Paris; perhaps she was thinking of her daughter's safety when she rushed out first without her.

Or maybe someone was supposed to make sure Nori was all ready to go by the time Kim got to the car? If this was the case, thank goodness the reality mum made sure to check and rush back for her little girl herself.
