Wayne Rooney: The Man Behind The Goals was supposed to give us a candid insight into Wayne and Coleen’s private lives.

From Wayne’s love of writing poetry for his childhood sweetheart Coleen, to his goalscoring record, there was a lot of juicy content for football enthusiasts and celeb fans alike.

The couple spilled their most intimate secrets, opening up about their petrol station proposal and their £300K life.

But the BBC documentary seems to have fallen flat on its face, as plenty of people took to Twitter to complain that they couldn’t understand a single word.
